Mark has advised some of the world’s most successful brands for over 30 years. His vision for a new type of data-driven creative agency coupled with experience gained as the creative lead of agencies like TBWA, Y&R and Leo Burnett has led to the resounding success that is FIG, Storytellers for the Information Age. 

Mark has been named in Ad Age’s Top Ten and has been nominated for an Emmy four times. He has won over 30 Lions and every other award, in every color and in every category. 

Mark is the founder of StoryData™, FIG’s proprietary data platform that harnesses various forms of machine learning and AI to deconstruct the storytelling opportunities in any category to drive salience.

Judith Carr-Rodriguez

Judith is a digital native, passionate about helping brands transform for today’s data-driven and technology-enabled world. Previously President of LBi, she led the agency’s growth from boutique agency into the world’s largest independent digital agency.

As CEO of FIG, Judith has commercial and operational responsibility for the agency and all its disciplines. She spends the majority of her time with clients and ensuring FIG scales in line with the agency’s ambition. 

Judith was named to AdAge’s Leading Women 2022 – a list of the most influential people in marketing today, and to The List 2023, the top people shaping our industry. She plays an active role at The 4As, driving change through creativity and inclusive leadership.

Justine Armour

PARTNER & CCO

Justine is one of the industry’s most lauded female creative leaders. She has won countless creative awards, served on the juries of every major award show in the industry, and was named to the AdAge Leading Women list of 2021, the ADWEEK Creative 100 of 2019, and as a Campaign US Female Frontier honoree in 2020.

Justine’s focus as a creative leader is on building team cultures where everyone is welcome in the creative process and is energized to do their best creative work. Previously, she led the creative department at Grey New York as Chief Creative Officer, helping take Grey to Comeback Agency of the Year in 2022. She led winning pitches for Las Vegas Tourism, Modelo, IHG, Georgia Pacific and others, and her team won the Grand Effie for Applebee’s “Fancy Like” in 2022. Prior to Grey, Justine led the creative department at 72andSunny New York, where she worked across General Mills, Smirnoff Global and North America, Yoplait, Cheerios, Nature Valley, Seventh Generation, Trojan, Halo Top, and new business. Prior to moving to New York, she was at Wieden + Kennedy in Portland for five years, where she worked across Secret, Chrysler, Old Spice, Herbal Essences and Dodge. 

The first half of her career was spent in her homeland, Australia, at various agencies including Publicis Mojo Sydney, Saatchi & Saatchi and Clemenger BBDO.

Amber is a seasoned strategy leader, and is the quiet and immensely powerful force behind some of the most famous and successful brand launches, brand turnarounds and creative work in the last 25 years. She is a forward-thinking and fearless problem solver with a passion for tackling challenges and a deep interest in the trajectories of companies, and is well known for her strategic insights and creative solutions.

Amber possesses a range of talents that set her apart. As a skilled storyteller, she masterfully weaves narratives that resonate. Her research and data literacy provide a solid foundation for her insights, while her ability to navigate ambiguity makes her a proficient translator of complex concepts. Her strategic acumen, coupled with her creative sensibilities, ensures that she can think both analytically and creatively, making her a valuable asset to any team.

Before joining FIG, Amber was the Head of Brand Strategy at Accenture Song, after serving 3 years platform-side at Meta as Head of Brand Strategy & Operations. Prior to Meta, she spent 10 years at Wieden + Kennedy as Global Group Strategy Director where she led brands as varied as AirBnB, Verizon, Chobani, Samsung, Chrysler, AB Inbev. The formative years of her career were spent at other leading creative agencies.

As a Marketer for over 20 years, Damien has been accredited as an astute business leader, brand builder, strategically creative thinker, mentor, and trusted partner. He believes that communication, connection and creativity make a difference, and exemplifies the values and behaviors that have made him integral to his teams and clients throughout his career.

He’s held a number of business leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized and awarded agencies – FCB, Ogilvy, BBDO, and Anomaly (most recently as Managing Partner, Group Business Head) to name a few. Damien has led award-winning campaigns for iconic brands including the NFL, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Budweiser, Duracell, Google, Sonos, Topgolf, The US Census, and top tier global Diageo brands like Bulleit, Crown Royal and Johnnie Walker.

Damien is steadfast in his belief that his success is directly linked to those around him; the collective team. Appreciating that ‘all of us are stronger than any one of us’, he invests a great deal of passion, sincerity and focus into not only cultivating brands and businesses, but the people invested in them as well.

Frederick Stallings

Frederick drives FIG’s StoryData™ and Media teams, leading the charge in platform development, automation and integration to build modern, competitive and scalable product solutions, ensuring FIG’s tech and data capabilities are purpose built for the Information Age.

Prior to FIG, Frederick served as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at PHD (Omnicom) responsible for all ad-tech and mar-tech capabilities. Spanning everything from programmatic buying methodologies to audience development to advanced econometric modeling in partnership with clients such as Google, Delta, SCJ, VW Group, Carnival Cruises, Mailchimp and SAP, Frederick’s expertise drove a 300% increase in analytics driven revenue in 2017.

Richard Tan

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent), Richard is experienced in all aspects of finance, including the sale of performance marketing company Big Mouth Media to LBi. In NYC, he oversaw the acquisition and merger of MRY as well as its transition into the Publicis Groupe. Richard excels in creating mutually beneficial working relationships with FIG’s clients and suppliers ensuring that we can seamlessly and expertly deliver our work in line with our agency values of truth, talent and team.

Richard serves on the ANA/4A’s Alternative Comp Model Task Force.
